That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.



Grape: Gamay.

Soil: Clayey-silty

Exposure: south east – slight slope

Age: 50 years old

Wine-making: Harvested by hand with selective picking.

Wine tasting

Colour: deep garnet-red color

Smell:  intense flavors of red fruits dominated by raspberry and black currant

Mouth: round and persistant with silky tannins.

Best to be served at: 14–16°C with starters, pork meat products, games terrine, cheeses.

To keep: 2/3 years.
