Beaujolais Blanc «Printemps Gourmand»

That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.


Vineyard: Cépage Chardonnay 100 %. Sol argilo-calcaire. Vignes d’environ 30 ans, taillées en gobelet.

Wine-making: Vendanges manuelles avec tri à la parcelle, macération pelliculaire (3h). Débourbage 48h. Elevage en cuve inox.

Wine taste

Colour: clear, golden and bright

Smell: full and complex flavour with white flowers, ripe fruits and citrus fruits.

Mouth: round, rich and structured, light and not aggressive.

Best to be served at: 10–12°C with aperitif, staters, fish, white meat and goat cheese.

To keep: 2/3 years.
