That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.



Grape: Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc.

Soil: clayey-limestone

Exposure: table-land

Age: 50 years old

Wine-making : Hand-made harvest with selective picking out in the parcel.

Wine tasting

Colour: pale and bright

Smell: mandarines and English sweets

Mouth: fruity and fresh, it provides a long-lasting pleasure in the mouth.

Best to be served at: 10–12°C with aperitif, starters, grilled meat, vegetable terrine.
