That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.


Grape: Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc.

Soil: pink granite

Age: 55 years old

Wine-making: Hand-made harvest with selective picking out in the parcel.
Wine tasting

Colour: deep purple

Smell: concentrated floxwers aromas and red fruits

Mouth: Frank attack. Good balance and silky tannins

Best to served at: 16-18°C with white creamy meat or roasted chicken. Blue cheese and to finish with, fig pie!
