That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.

Grape: Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc.
Soil: pink granite
Age: 50 years old
Wine-making: Hand-made harvest with selective picking out in the parcel.

Colour: deep and pronounced ruby
Smell: intense aromas of rose and peony
Mouth: fruity supple and very long
Best to served at: 16-18°C with duck meat and ceps, and great with cheese plate and little rose marmelade!
