That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.



Grape: Gamay Noir à Jus Blanc.

Soil: the most granitic

Age: 45 years old

Wine-making: Hand-made harvest with selective picking out in the parcel.

Wine tasting

Colour: dark red and purple-blue glints

Smell: red fruits and spices

Mouth: powerful and round with licorice and pepper flavours

Best to served at: 16-18°C with a « pot-au-feu » or simply with a plate of spaghettis with mushrooms
