That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.



Grape: Gamay Noir.

Soil: schist with iron oxide and manganese.

South: east exposure

Age: 49 years old

Wine-making: Harvested by hand with selective picking. Semi-carbonic fermentation for 10 to 14 days.

Wine tasting: Dense and full of black plum skin and black cherry fruits

Best to be served at: 16–18°C with roasted goose, with duck in orange.

To keep: 4/7 years
