That is already fiftheen years we quited the benches of the school and we are now, one more time, with friends to picnic in the vines. In this autumn beginning sweaters and memories are reappearing.

Wine-making: Hand-made harvest with selective picking out in the parcel.
Colour: dark red
Smell: Peach and currants
Mouth: smooth, suave with fleshy tannins
Best to served at: 16-18°C with piece of beef and vegetables or a tajine with currants.
